On the Horizon – In 2008 my goal is to introduce a newsletter for the independent restaurateur. My preliminary idea is to provide my thoughts on marketing (traffic building), cost control and managerial tidbits. It’s a jungle out there and sometimes it’s just nice to have another person on your team…partners in profitability. |
